Terms of service

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are considered confirmed once accepted by Keep on Delivering Training Services. Any changes after acceptance may be subject to the standard cancellation terms.
   Relevant certification to be supplied as PDF format after full payment is received.
   
   
2. LOLER Compliance
   Customer must ensure all relevant MHE are supplied with an in-date Thorough Examination as required by LOLER 1998.
   
   
3. Site Requirements
   A quiet room for theory sessions and a suitable practical area must be provided. *PPE must be worn where required.
   *PPE needed for candidate during training must be supplied by the customer. 
   
   
4. Equipment Requirements
   All equipment must be adequately charged or fuelled and in safe, legal working condition. Inadequate equipment may result in full course charges.
   
   
5. Cancellation Terms
   - More than 10 working days' notice: No charge*
   - 7-9 working days' notice: 50% of total course value*
   - Within 6 working days: 100% of course value*
   *Working days exclude weekends/bank holidays
   
   This cancellation policy may be waivered if due to mitigating circumstances. This will be at the discretion of Keep on Delivering Training Services.
   
   
6. Payment Terms
   Payment is due within 28 days of invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
   
   Should it be necessary to instruct debt collectors to recover payment, the customer will be responsible for all relevant costs.
   
   
7. Parking Charges
   If incurred, parking charges will be added to the final invoice.
   
   
8. Additional Charges
   - AITT certification accreditation £10 per course
   - Mileage fee of 45p per mile for any business outside of the West Midlands
